Open to internships and full-time roles

Prabhat

Backend and security engineer. I build payment rails, vulnerability research tooling and Go services that hold up under load.

About

I'm a final-year engineering student at NIT Agartala who spends most waking hours writing software. Go is home base, with TypeScript, Rust and Python close behind.

Lately that means building OpenSec, a bounded vulnerability-research harness, and FluxPay, a non-custodial payment gateway on Solana. Before that: internships at The Boring Education and NORIFARM, open-source work across the Linux Foundation, and enough competitive programming to keep my algorithms sharp.

I'm looking for roles where shipping fast and thinking adversarially both count: security engineering, backend or platform teams especially.

Currently

  • Building FluxPay & OpenSec
  • Hunting on managed bounty programs
  • Contributing to LFDT
  • I need a job

Selected work

Experience

Internships, open-source work and the degree that started it.

  1. Jun 2023 - Aug 2023

    Mentee, Hyperledger Transact

    Hyperledger Foundation

    • Maintained the Go and Rust SDKs for Transact's transaction execution engine, resolving crypto library conflicts and CI bottlenecks across Sawtooth and Grid.
    • Hardened memory validation and thread synchronization in the parallel scheduler for sandboxed WebAssembly smart contract execution.
  2. 2024 - Present

    Freelancer

    Self-Employed

    • Built responsive user interfaces, integrated APIs, and optimized application performance to improve user experience and reliability.
  3. May 2025 - Jun 2025

    Software Engineer Intern

    NORIFARM

    • Cut frontend load time by ~35% by eliminating redundant re-renders and lazy-loading non-critical assets.
    • Integrated blockchain services handling 1K+ daily interactions and contributed to Kubernetes orchestration of 10+ microservices with zero-downtime deploys.
  4. 2025 - Present

    Open Source Contributor

    The Linux Foundation

    • Patched SSRF and DNS-rebinding vulnerabilities in Meshery (CNCF) as a Certified Meshery Contributor.
    • Added container lifecycle orchestration and credential policy tooling to eudiplo's CLI.
  5. 2025 - Present

    Open Source Contributor

    Ethereum Foundation

    • Contributing to Ethereum Foundation ecosystem tooling.
  6. May 2026 - Jul 2026

    Backend Engineer Intern

    The Boring Education

    • Architected and shipped the production Interview Prep platform for TBE-web on Next.js, with real-time session state and dynamic interview roadmaps.
    • Built a full-duplex voice engine over WebRTC, cutting turn-taking latency under 450ms by interleaving STT, LLM and TTS streams.
    • Implemented client-side voice activity detection with barge-in cancellation that aborts synthesis and truncates context on interruption.
  7. 2023 - 2027

    B.Tech, Chemical Engineering

    NIT Agartala

    • Engineering fundamentals by degree, software by obsession. Self-taught CS depth across systems, security and distributed computing.
